Hello

I'm Lindsey Simpson.

The need to connect and communicate effectively is universal. It's not just about what you want to achieve but how to work with other people to get there - often when they have different experiences and perspectives to you. That's the tricky bit and where most organisations and leaders struggle. It's also where I can help if you are up for honest conversations and meaningful action that has the wellbeing of people and organisations at its core. That will also mean we'll probably get on well and deliver something brilliant - the ideal combination. I'm not a fan of tick box exercises - it's a waste of your money and your people's energy and goodwill.

My three decades of work have been an eclectic and wonderful ride. From teaching deaf children to speak English in Japan to launching a fitness product at the Ministry of Sound, being part of London 2012 and driving communications projects for blue chip clients and extensive pro bono work for the community interest projects I support.

Known for getting results, clients say I have an infectious enthusiasm and deliver value right from the start. I love working with all levels from the board to the front line, and have a particular soft spot for SMEs. Award-winning work has included projects for National Express Group and Transport for London (TfL). And a recent health and wellbeing workshop for The Football Association (FA) received rave reviews and a stellar 91 NPS score.

In 2021, I co-founded Workplace Mental Wealth with an ambition to normalise conversations and drive positive action around mental health for everyone working in fitness and active leisure. This included creating The Good Work Pledge, offering tools and resources for employers to take action on workplace mental health. In November 2023, the Good Work Pledge was given to CIMSPA, placing it at the heart of the sector.

In 2025, I completed my Masters' in Workplace Health and Wellbeing, achieving a distinction overall, and in my research project that mapped the sexual safety of women working across UK elite sport. My report was published on 21 January 2026 with an interview in The Guardian and coverage across Sky Sports News and other channels.

As a podcast guest, speaker and contributor in the B2B media, I also present and comment on wellbeing and the workforce, strategy, leadership and communication.

Away from work, you'll find me singing in a choir, training for my next fitness challenge or listening to a podcast.
