This course brings together my decades in comms and my credentials in workplace mental health. It's the course I wish had been available to me earlier in my career.
The three-hour course is specifically designed to give IC and engagement teams the knowledge and confidence to promote workplace mental health. Ideal for those with at least two years' IC experience. This is an interactive course, so everyone gets involved. The course covers:

TRANSFORMING TEAM COMMUNICATION
5 Voices is a system that transforms team communication. I love delivering this programme because changes starts to happen from session #1. It features individual and team diagnostics, a powerful set of tools and five transformational workshops to help develop self-awareness and intentional leadership.
During the workshops everyone identifies their foundational leadership voice and understands what it's like "to be on the other side of you". Participants discover how to value and get the best from themselves and everyone on their team in whichever context they are - at home, at work or in the community. This includes how to challenge effectively - an essential part of a healthy team dynamic.

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS QUALIFICATION
Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health
Level 1 RQF/Level 4 SCQF
This half-day course delivered face to face or online is a great introduction and suitable for everyone in your team wishing to start exploring the topic and grow their understanding.
Includes assessment and certificate on passing.
